According to Boyce, this room housed an unusual sacellum.
The south wall was coated with a poor white stucco, and in
it were set three arched niches.
A larger niche was in the centre, with a smaller one on
either side. All were coated with white stucco.
In the street wall was yet another niche, formed by
bricking up a former window.
Therefore the window was left without any windows.
The recess in the south-east corner must date from when
the room was a simple cubiculum.
