VI.7.19 Pompeii. Casa di Inaco ed Io or House of Fabii Tyrannus and Iarinus.

VI.7.19 Pompeii.  Entrance. According to Della Corte, living in this house would have been a certain Fabius Tyrannus. He thought this was proved by the two recommendations written on the left of the doorway which were –
Fabius rog(at)    [CIL IV 217]
(Fabius) Tyrannus rog(at)    [CIL IV 224]
On the right side of the doorway was found  –
(Fabius) Tyrannus cupiens fecit cum Sodales (sic)    [CIL IV 221]

According to Della Corte, living in this house would have been a certain Fabius Tyrannus.

He thought this was proved by the two recommendations written on the left of the doorway which were –

On the right side of the doorway was found
