According to Jashemski, this was enclosed by a portico on
the west, north and east supported by four columns.
These columns were joined on the west and north by a low
wall.
At the time of excavation, there was a gutter and in the
west portico, a terracotta cistern puteal, neither are now visible.

On the left can be
seen the corridor to the rear of the house, and doorway to oecus, in the centre.
