I.8.9 Pompeii. March 2009. Room 7, triclinium. West wall. According to Richardson, this room had two identifiable paintings. Still on the east wall is the painting of the Rape of Europa. On this west wall, in the centre, may have been the painting of Bellerophon harnessing Pegasus (SAP inventory number 20878) See Richardson, L., 2000. According to Richardson, this room had two identifiable paintings. The painting of Europa on the Bull is still on the east wall.

On this west wall, in the centre, may have been the painting of Bellerophon harnessing Pegasus (SAP inventory number 20878)
