VI.8.14 Pompeii. Bottega del Barbiere.  Entrance. September 2005.

According to Liselotte Eschebach this may be a Sacrarium Compitale.

According to Fiorelli, under the niches was a bench, and in the middle of the room was a small pedestal serving as the altar.
